BKWH High Voltage Tester

The BKWH High Voltage Tester is a specialized high-voltage wire harness testing system developed by Beijing Broadkey Technology for electric vehicle (EV) and new-energy high-voltage cable assemblies. It is designed to verify the safety and integrity of high-voltage harnesses used between batteries, inverters, motors, compressors, and other HV components.

The BKWH series is specifically designed for modern EV platforms that commonly operate at 300 V to 600 V and higher. The tester can provide:

Safety Technology

One of the major features of the BKWH series is its high-voltage pulse detection technology, which can detect discharge events and shut down the output in approximately 25 microseconds (μs) to protect both:
